As a leader in high-quality downhole equipment, Drilling Tools International takes a hands-on approach to its products and services. With the acquisition of Reamco in 2014, Drilling Tools expanded its capabilities in manufacturing and refurbishing of downhole drilling tools and accessories.

Drilling Tools’ 30,500-square-foot state-of-the-art Louisiana manufacturing facility offers multiple hollow spindle lathes, mills (accommodating up to 36-inch OD stabilizers), racking systems, lathes – both CNC and manual, and drill collar spiral machines. Its machine shop services include the reworking of drill collars and heavy-weight drill pipe, spiraling of drill collars, hardbanding services, and Kemplate application. A stabilizer facility provides grinding and hardfacing services and provides five different hardfacing options including HF2000, HF3000, HF5000, HF6000, and HF6500.
